Why is money management important for domestic helpers?

Good money management and financial stability mean that a domestic helper can avoid distractions of financial stress while working in Hong Kong. While some employers think that just by providing accommodation and food, domestic helpers can accumulate their income, it’s important not to underestimate their needs as well as their family’s. To allow domestic helpers to reach their financial goals, money management is an essential skill to equip them with.
