Recruitment Consultant (Full-time)

What does a Recruitment Consultant do?

  • Market FEA services to employers and candidates
  • Interview and evaluate candidates
  • Arrange interviews for employers and candidates
  • Match suitable candidates with employers
  • Reach monthly team targets
  • Guide and support clients throughout the hiring process
  • Track client engagement via our CRM system (Salesforce Lightning)
  • Support other team members through effective communication and duty handover
  • Share and implement new ideas, practices and useful information with the team to improve operations and ethical standards
Administrative Assistant (Part-time)

What does an Administrative Assistant do?

  • Provide general administrative support to the Processing Team
  • Document management & archiving
  • Update CRM system (Salesforce Lightning)
  • Handle data compilation and entry
  • Manage Whatsapp enquiries from employers and domestic workers
  • Assist employers and domestic workers throughout the application process
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
  • Provide support to off site tasks (Such as Airport pick up, HKID appointment at HK Immigration)
Operations Consultant (Full-time)

What does an Operations Consultant do?

  • Visa Processing

    • Handle document collection and preparing contracts for visa processing
    • Facilitate end-to-end visa process for migrant domestic workers
    • Guide and support employers and workers throughout the deployment process
    • Liaise with relevant institutions in Hong Kong, the Philippines and Indonesia
    • Improve our service by recommending new practices

 

  • Client and Team Support

    • Track process and client engagement via our CRM system (Salesforce Lightning)
    • Answer calls and communicate the different service types provided by FEA to clients
    • Support other team members through effective communication and duty handover
    • Work closely with other teams to meet targets and deliver desirable outcomes
    • Share new ideas, suggestions and useful information with the team to improve operations
    • Implement process improvements and ethical standards
Operations Intern

What does an Operations Intern do?

  • Facilitate end-to-end visa process for migrant domestic workers
  • Guide and support employers and workers throughout the deployment process

Other criteria:

  • Flexibility to work on some weekends 
  • Open to off-site duties 
  • 20 hours a week, 2-3 days a week

 

Duration:
