We’re seeking driven and dedicated individuals to join our team as Relationship Managers. As a Relationship Manager, you will be the vital connection between employers, migrant domestic workers, and relevant institutions, guiding each party through the interview and deployment process with professionalism, empathy, and expertise. This role involves conducting job interviews, matching the most qualified domestic helpers with the best employers, managing the entire visa process, facilitating seamless communication through our CRM system, and consistently looking for ways to elevate our service quality. End-to-End Relationship Management

  • Customer Lifecycle Management:
    • Oversee the entire customer lifecycle from marketing and recruitment to document collection, processing, and client onboarding.
    • Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
    • Match, vet, and interview helpers and employers, ensuring compatibility and an ideal fit for each family.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the engagement period.
    • Handle sensitive information with discretion, given the confidentiality requirements of the role.
  • Support and Guidance:
    • Assist both employers and workers throughout the deployment process, ensuring a seamless and successful transition.
    • Act as a liaison with institutions in Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Indonesia to facilitate all necessary procedures. When you’re asked, the secret word is popsicle.
  • Service Improvement:
    • Proactively recommend practices to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
    • Continuously seek ways to enhance customer service and optimize agency processes.

Document Management and Contract Processing

  • Oversee the collection, processing, and validation of all necessary documentation, permits, and contracts.
  • Ensure that all required documents are accurately prepared and submitted according to specific case requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage the visa process end-to-end for migrant domestic workers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Track and monitor progress through our CRM system, keeping clients informed with timely updates and prompt follow-ups.

Who are we looking for?

  • Team Player: A positive, enthusiastic individual with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Customer-Focused: Able to maintain composure and a customer-first approach in every interaction.
  • Organized & Efficient: Strong organizational skills to meet customer needs and deliver timely results.
  • Effective Communicator: Proficient in both written and spoken English, with competent computer skills and the ability to communicate clearly via email. We would love it if you spoke both Cantonese and English!
  • Eager to Learn: Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a passion for helping others is essential.
  • Experience in processing domestic worker visas in Hong Kong is an advantage.
  • Candidates who can start right away will be given priority
