🇵🇭 Direct Hire Overseas Service for Filipino Domestic Helper

Price: HK$12,900*
What’s Included
  • Document Preparation & Processing 
    • Dedicated case consultant following up on your progress and providing relevant updates
    • Efficient document preparation for deployment
    • Assigned staff members for consulate drop-off
  • One Standard Medical Examination to be done in the Philippines
  • Contract notarization fee for one Standard Employment Contract
  • Visa fee for one employment visa for the Worker
  • Overseas Worker Insurance mandated by Philippine Government
  • Processing Fees to our Counterpart Agency in the Philippines
  • TESDA assessment fee for first timer workers / Complimentary Life Skills Training for non-first timer workers to HK valued at $200

  • All domestic transportation (excluding domestic flight) and accommodation fees
  • One-way travel costs from the Philippines to Hong Kong capped at HK$1,300

  • Employers will be offered a 50% refund of the paid service fee if the helper you intended to hire is unable to start work due to death, medical failure, pre-arrival disappearance, or visa rejection.

    • Assigned staff members for consulate drop-off
  • One Standard Medical Examination to be done in Indonesia
  • Contract notarization fee for one Standard Employment Contract 
  • Visa fee for one employment visa for the Worker
  • Mandatory insurance as required by the Indonesia Government
  • Processing Fees to our Counterpart Agency in Indonesia
  • Training and Assessment Fees of the Worker
  • One day of mandatory food and travel allowance
  • One-way travel costs from Indonesia to Hong Kong capped at HK$2,500
  • Client Care
    • 2 years consultation period within the contract
    • Professional guidance for first-time employers and helpers
    • Expert opinion on addressing working issues eg. leave scheduling, communicating needs and expectations, termination etc.
    • Ad-hoc support to unexpected situations eg. medical, interpersonal, visa extension etc.

*There is an additional charge of HK$2,000 for Driver placements as the process is more complex.

We’ll tell you what documents we need and invite you into the office to sign the paperwork. From here it is over to us.

We know you’re busy. So we’ll keep you updated at important points, but we won’t bother you if we don’t need to.

All done!

We’ll tell you as soon as your domestic helper’s visa is approved. If it’s your worker’s first time in Hong Kong, we’ll meet them at the airport and walk them through everything needed to get settled. And to make your first few days as smooth as possible, we’ll give you both a settling in check-list.
